Amaal sparked controversy by labeling his father, Daboo Mallik, a 'failure.' However, Daboo Mallik has responded to his son's comments with a cryptic post on X, hinting that there's more to the story. In his post, Daboo wrote, 'Some people carry battles no one sees. Just being there even on the hardest days, is a kind of courage most people never talk about.' He also mentioned that 'picture abhi baaki hai' (the picture is still left) and that his story is about to begin. Amaal had previously stated that his father never received support from his uncle, renowned musician Anu Malik, and that they are a product of 'reverse nepotism.' The singer-composer also mentioned that his father failed in life. Amaal Mallik made his debut as a composer in 2014 with the Salman Khan-starrer Jai Ho, contributing three songs to the film. Bigg Boss 19, hosted by Salman Khan, follows the theme of Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar, where the housemates have more decision-making power than the show's host.
