Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra has passed away at the age of 89. The film industry is in mourning as condolences pour in from his colleagues, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Kamal Haasan. Dharmendra's family was spotted outside a crematorium on Monday, just two weeks after they brought him home from the hospital, where he was being treated for his health issues. The 89-year-old actor was discharged from Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital last week and had been recuperating at home under the care of his family. Several Bollywood stars, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan, had visited him during his recovery period. However, his son Sunny Deol was seen getting emotional and frustrated with the media presence outside their home, urging them to show some respect for his family. Dharmendra had a remarkable career spanning over six decades, with iconic films like Ayee Milan Ki Bela, Phool Aur Patthar, Seeta Aur Geeta, Raja Jani, Jugnu, Yaadon Ki Baaraat, and of course, the classic Sholay. He will be seen in his final film, the war drama Ikkis, alongside Agastya Nanda. As the industry mourns the loss of this legendary actor, fans and colleagues remember his incredible contributions to Bollywood and his timeless performances on screen.
