The romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, is now available on Netflix. The film, directed by Aanand L Rai, received mixed reviews but performed well at the box office, raking in over ₹161 crore. The movie follows the story of a fighter pilot and a psychologist who reconnect years after their tumultuous past. It's a spiritual sequel to the 2013 hit Raanjhanaa, with music composed by AR Rahman. However, the release comes amidst a controversy. Eros International has filed a lawsuit against Aanand L Rai and his production house, Colour Yellow Productions, demanding ₹84 crore in damages. The company claims that the film's promotion and storyline infringe on the goodwill of Raanjhanaa and that Netflix has unknowingly contributed to the issue. The Bombay High Court has been approached in this matter. Despite this, Tere Ishk Mein is now available to stream on Netflix, with new users able to watch the film from January 23.
