Dhanush and Kriti Sanon's highly-anticipated romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein has made a remarkable start at the box office. The film, released on November 28, received decent reviews and opened strongly on its opening day. The momentum continued on day two, with the movie raking in ₹33 crore in just two days. According to Sacnilk, Tere Ishk Mein collected ₹17 crore on Saturday, a slight increase from the ₹16 crore earned on Friday. This achievement puts the film ahead of Kangana Ranaut's Emergency, which had a lifetime collection of ₹23.75 crore. However, the film still lags behind Shahid Kapoor's Deva, which had a lifetime collection of ₹55.8 crore. Tere Ishk Mein's success can be attributed to its gripping storyline, revolving around the intense and passionate love story of Mukti (Kriti Sanon) and Shankar (Dhanush). Despite the heartbreak that tears them apart, Dhanush's character becomes vengeful and embarks on a destructive path. Produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions, and Gulshan Kumar, the film boasts an impressive cast and crew, including AR Rahman as the music composer and Irshad Kamil as the lyricist. With its captivating narrative and talented team, Tere Ishk Mein is a must-watch for romance enthusiasts.
