Dhanush and Kriti Sanon's romantic drama, Tere Ishk Mein, has taken the box office by storm. Despite mixed reviews, the film has managed to capture the hearts of audiences, leading to impressive collections over its opening weekend. According to the latest numbers from Sacnilk, Tere Ishk Mein raked in ₹18.75 crore on its third day of release, a slight increase from the ₹17 crore earned on Saturday. The film opened with ₹16 crore, bringing its total collection to a remarkable ₹51.75 crore so far. Tere Ishk Mein has surpassed the lifetime collections of Kajol's Maa (₹36.08 crore) and Tripti Dimri and Sidhant Chaturvedi's Dhadak 2 (₹22.45 crore). Directed by Aanand L Rai, the film revolves around the intense love story of Mukti (Kriti) and Shankar (Dhanush), which takes a dramatic turn as she leaves him for another man and he becomes an Army Pilot. Dhanush and Kriti received praise for their performances, with Kriti expressing her gratitude to fans on Instagram for connecting with her character's emotions. Tere Ishk Mein is produced by Aanand L Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under the banners of Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow Productions.
