Dhanush and Kriti Sanon's romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein has continued its impressive run at the box office, raking in an estimated ₹10.25 crore on its fifth day. This brings the India net total to around ₹71 crore across all languages, as per Sacnilk.com. The film, directed by Aanand L. Rai, opened with ₹16 crore on Friday, followed by ₹17 crore on Saturday and ₹19 crore on Sunday. However, it experienced a slight dip to ₹8.75 crore on Monday before making a surprising jump on Tuesday. Compared to Dhanush's other recent releases, Tere Ishk Mein is performing exceptionally well. It has already surpassed his last film, Idli Kadai, which grossed around ₹50 crore in India. While it trails behind his 2025 release Kuberaa, which earned ₹91 crore nett in India, Tere Ishk Mein is poised to surpass it and become Dhanush's biggest hit of the year. The film, which explores themes of obsession, heartbreak, and emotional intensity, has received praise for Dhanush's performance.
