Ranveer Singh's latest release, Dhurandhar, has shown no signs of slowing down at the box office. The spy thriller, directed by Aditya Dhar, has performed admirably over its opening weekend, earning ₹103 crore in India. The film's momentum has gained considerable traction, largely driven by positive word of mouth. On its first weekday, Dhurandhar successfully passed the crucial Monday test, with a strong audience interest evident in occupancy figures. According to Sacnilk, the film registered 13% occupancy for morning shows, 26% for afternoon shows, and 37.71% for evening shows on Monday, comparable to its Friday numbers. As a result, Dhurandhar has earned an estimated ₹23 crore net on Monday, taking its total domestic collection to ₹126 crore. Notably, the film has already surpassed the lifetime collection of Salman Khan's recent release, Sikandar, which earned ₹109.83 crore net in India. With its current pace, Dhurandhar is poised to cross ₹150 crore domestically and ₹250 crore worldwide by its second weekend, if not sooner. The film, which features Ranveer Singh alongside Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, and R Madhavan, has received mixed reviews but has been well-received by viewers.
