Los Angeles County authorities are investigating a fresh allegation of sexual battery against rapper and entrepreneur Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who is currently serving a four-year prison term for prostitution-related offenses. A male publicist and music producer claims Combs exposed himself during a 2020 photo shoot and asked for assistance, according to a police report obtained by NBC News. The accuser reportedly declined to report the incident, citing feelings of embarrassment, but came forward this September after Combs' conviction on other charges. Combs' lawyer has yet to comment on the allegations. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department received the official police report from Largo, Florida, and will be conducting an investigation. This latest claim adds to the complexities of Combs' ongoing case, which includes a 2021 incident in which the accuser alleges he was intimidated by two men at Combs' behest. Combs was found guilty of facilitating prostitution in July, but acquitted of more serious charges that could have led to a life sentence. He is set to be released from prison in 2028, pending successful completion of rehabilitation programs.
