As Stranger Things prepares for its highly anticipated conclusion, co-creators Ross and Matt Duffer have opened up about the character they'd most like to bid farewell to - Mike Wheeler. In a recent interview with GQ Thailand, the duo explained that Mike, the show's unofficial leader, holds a special place in their hearts. Ross shared that Mike served as a stand-in for himself and Matt at a young age, allowing them to relive their childhoods through the character. Matt echoed Ross' sentiment, stating that Mike was the first character they created and is therefore the one they'd say goodbye to. Mike, portrayed by Finn Wolfhard, has been a central figure in the series, driving the group's actions and discoveries, including the introduction of Eleven. As Stranger Things Season 5 approaches, fans can expect to see the beloved characters face their most defining chapter yet. Mike, Eleven, Will, Dustin, Lucas, and Max will confront the escalating terror of the Upside Down, as well as their personal battles and growth over the years. The first four episodes of Season 5 will debut on November 27 in India, marking the beginning of a new and emotional chapter in the Stranger Things saga.
