Bollywood actor Govinda was rushed to CritiCare Asia Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai after losing consciousness on Wednesday. According to his lawyer, Lalit Bindal, Govinda had been experiencing discomfort before being taken to the emergency department. Bindal stated that Govinda was feeling disoriented and that all necessary tests have been conducted, with the actor now stable. The hospitalisation comes just a day after Govinda visited actor Dharmendra, who is recovering at the Breach Candy Hospital. In a recent video, Govinda was seen leaving the hospital with a somber expression. This is not the first time Govinda has been hospitalised in the past year. In October 2022, he was injured in an accidental gun discharge at his home, which resulted in a bullet wound to his knee. He was treated and discharged from the hospital three days later. Govinda, a member of the Shiv Sena, has been a prominent figure in Bollywood since the late 1980s. He has appeared in numerous films, including Ilzaam, Love 86, and Ishq Mein Jeena Ishq Mein Marna. His collaborations with director David Dhawan have yielded hits like Coolie No. 1 and Partner. With a career spanning over three decades, Govinda has demonstrated his versatility through a range of roles, from comedy to drama. His most recent film was Rangeela Raja, released in 2019.
