Veteran actor Jeetendra gave his fans a brief scare on Monday when he stumbled and fell while heading to Zarine Khan's prayer meet in Mumbai. However, his son Tusshar Kapoor has put all concerns to rest, confirming that his father is doing well. The incident occurred on Monday when Jeetendra was entering the venue for the prayer meet. Witnesses say he momentarily lost his balance and fell to the ground, but quickly got up and even chatted with photographers. His friend Jackie Shroff was also seen assisting him. As the video surfaced on social media, fans expressed concern about Jeetendra's health. But Tusshar has assured everyone that his father is fine, attributing the fall to a minor slip. The prayer meet was held to pay respects to actress Zarine Khan, who passed away on November 7 at the age of 81. Several Bollywood stars, including Rani Mukerji and Fardeen Khan, were in attendance. Tusshar Kapoor, who made his acting debut in 2001 with Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai, was recently seen in the horror-comedy Kapkapiii, a remake of the Malayalam film Romancham. He has also signed up for Prakash Jha's upcoming political thriller Janadesh.
