At the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, John Abraham presented the official teaser of his documentary, Oslo: A Tale Of Promise. The 46-second clip, which was well-received by festival attendees, sets the tone for the non-linear film that highlights the profound bond between humans and animals. Directed by Isha Pungaliya, the documentary centers around the relationship between Pooja R Bhale, founder of the Protecterra Ecological Foundation, and her Siberian husky, Oslo. The project is presented by John Abraham and produced by JA Entertainment and Vaanar Nirmit. During the special screening, the audience's immediate and warm response reinforced the strength of the narrative, according to Times Now. John Abraham described the teaser as a window into the film, saying that it showcases Oslo's presence and Pooja's truth. Director Isha Pungaliya expressed her gratitude towards the audience's reaction, stating that it has been moving to see people connect with the story so quickly. The documentary explores the idea that animals have the power to guide and ground human lives. John Abraham had previously stated that animals don't need humans, but rather, humans need them for healing and grounding. Oslo: A Tale Of Promise is a tribute to this belief, and a release date for the film has not been announced yet. The team is expected to share a timeline once the post-festival rollout is finalised.
