Kangana Ranaut's Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata has struggled at the box office since its release, collecting just ₹6 crore in its first week.

The film, based on true events, has failed to sustain momentum and has seen a sharp decline in collections since its opening weekend.

According to Sacnilk, Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata collected ₹45 lakh net in India on Friday, taking its domestic total to ₹6.55 crore.

The film had an opening of ₹1 crore and collected ₹1.45 crore on Saturday and ₹1.80 crore on Sunday, but has continued to dip since then.

Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata was declared tax-free in Haryana after its June 12 release, with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini attending a special screening of the film.

The film tells the story of nurse Geeta Madhav Gandhare, based on Anjali Kulthe, who helped save 20 pregnant women during the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.
