Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has been making headlines with his impressive physical transformation. In a recent vlog with Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiya, Kapil shared his thoughts on how his TV career impacted his fitness. He revealed that he had become complacent, relying on his TV work as a reason to be less active. 'On TV, you're sitting on a sofa, and there's hardly any physical effort involved,' Kapil said, pointing out that while his mind was engaged, his body wasn't getting the workout it needed. Kapil's transformation is a conscious decision to stay healthy and disciplined, not tied to any specific project. He credits his current fitness to his desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle, regardless of whether he lands a film role or not. With a successful TV career spanning over 15 years, Kapil has become a household name. He began his journey in 2007 by winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and went on to create and host several hit shows, including Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show. His film career has also seen success, with the upcoming release of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 on December 12, a sequel to his 2015 movie. The film, directed by Anukalp Goswami, features an ensemble cast, including Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan, as well as Sushant Singh and the late Asrani. The trailer showcases Kapil's signature style as he juggles multiple identities and tries to keep his secrets from being exposed.
