Telugu Actress Krithi Shetty, who rose to fame at just 18 with her debut film Uppena, has spoken out about the intense online trolling she's faced since then. In a poignant interview on the SS Music podcast, Krithi broke down in tears as she shared her struggles with maintaining her self-esteem amidst the constant scrutiny and criticism. Krithi, who has appeared in several films including Super 30, Uppena, and Shyam Singha Roy, revealed that she's not immune to feeling low despite being a typically optimistic person. However, it's her loved ones who have been her rock during tough times. "My mother has always been there to pull me out of these low episodes," she said, wiping away tears. Krithi's rapid rise to fame has made it difficult for her to develop self-assurance, and she finds it challenging to deal with online hate. "If someone commented on me in real life, I wouldn't care," she explained. "But online, it's a different story. I don't have the answer to those comments.
