The highly-anticipated 2025 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, held in Manhattan on November 27, featured a diverse lineup of global pop stars, Broadway names, and viral K-pop sensations. The event kicked off with a powerful performance by Cynthia Erivo, who delivered a dynamic rendition of 'Feeling Good' from the hit musical 'Wicked.' The iconic 'Cold as Ice' by Foreigner on the Stranger Things float was also a crowd-pleaser, coinciding with the show's upcoming final season. However, the real show-stoppers of the parade were K-pop Demon Hunters, HUNTR/X, comprising EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI. Their electrifying performance of 'Golden' left kids and adults alike mesmerized. Other notable performances included Lil Jon, who adapted his iconic song 'Turn Down for What' to make it more kid-friendly. Although the performance still received criticism for its lyrics and moves, Lil Jon's attempt to clean up the song for the family-friendly event was appreciated. The parade also featured a line-up of pop artists such as Ciara, Busta Rhymes, Kool & the Gang, Jewel, Colbie Caillat, and Gavin DeGraw, alongside teen favorites Conan Gray, Lainey Wilson, Lauren Spencer Smith, Luísa Sonza, and Teyana Taylor. Ballet dancers, the legendary Radio City Rockettes, and Broadway casts from shows like Buena Vista Social Club and Just in Time were also part of the performers' list. Special appearances by U.S. Olympian Ilia Malinin and 'Hot Ones' host Sean Evans added to the excitement of the event.
