After a disappointing theatrical run, Ravi Teja's action-packed film Mass Jathara is all set to hit the digital screens. The Telugu movie, released in theaters on October 31, failed to impress both critics and audiences, grossing only ₹19 crore globally. Mass Jathara, directed by Bhanu Bogavarapu, will be available on Netflix from November 28 in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film, produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios, stars Ravi Teja, Sreeleela, and Naveen Chandra. The story revolves around an honest railway police officer, Lakshman Bheri (Ravi), who takes on injustice by bending the rules. However, his transfer to Alluri district leads him to clash with a marijuana kingpin, Sivudu (Naveen). Ravi Teja's recent filmography has been marred by box office failures, including Ravanasura and Tiger Nageswara Rao in 2023. Despite receiving praise for his cameo in Waltair Veerayya, the actor's films have struggled to make a mark. His latest release, Mr Bachchan, is also said to have faced a setback. The actor is currently filming for Kishore Tirumala's Bharta Mahasayulaku Wignyapti, which is expected to release during Sankranthi 2026. Meanwhile, fans can catch Mass Jathara on Netflix from November 28.
