Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar has been dominating the box office since its release last Friday, with a notable spike in collections on Tuesday. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, is now close to beating the lifetime collection of Ajay Devgn's Raid 2, which stands at ₹237.46 crore. According to a recent announcement by Jio Studios, Dhurandhar collected ₹28.60 crore net in India on Tuesday, taking its domestic collection to ₹159.40 crore. The film's worldwide total now stands at ₹233.50 crore, thanks to an overseas collection of ₹50 crore reported by Sacnilk. Dhurandhar's impressive run has also put it on track to surpass the lifetime collections of Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly, which grossed ₹248.25 crore worldwide. The film's success has been a significant boost to its prospects, and it remains to be seen if it will surpass the lifetime collection of Aditya Dhar's Uri: The Surgical Strike, which stands at ₹341.75 crore. Dhurandhar is a gripping action-thriller that stars Ranveer Singh as Hamza Ali Mazari, a Pakistani gangster who infiltrates a cartel. The film, which is set in Lyari, Pakistan, also features Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi in lead roles. A sequel to the film is scheduled for release on March 19, 2026.
