The teaser appears to be an edited version of the end-credit scene from the previous film, Dhurandhar, which was released on a digital platform last weekend. Fans had been eagerly awaiting new footage from the upcoming film, but what they got was a rehash of existing scenes. The reaction on social media has been one of disappointment, with many users expressing their frustration using Punjabi slang, saying 'Chuna laga gyaa' - meaning 'we've been duped'. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi. Despite the backlash, the sequel is set to release in cinemas next month, where it will clash with Rocking Star Yash's film Toxic on March 19.
