Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has voiced his concerns for his ailing mentor, veteran actor Dharmendra. In a recent press conference in Qatar, Salman expressed his deep affection for Dharmendra, calling him 'like a father' and wishing for his speedy recovery. During the event, an influencer asked Salman about his fitness inspiration, and the actor replied, 'Dharmendra was one of the three people who inspired me, and he's the most important one.' Salman added, 'He is my father, and I love him. I just hope he will come back soon.' Dharmendra, who often affectionately calls Salman 'beta', was recently discharged from the hospital after being treated for an undisclosed illness. His treatment will continue at home, and the family has urged everyone to respect their privacy during this time. Meanwhile, Salman's upcoming projects include a cameo in Aryan Khan's web show and hosting the reality show Bigg Boss 19. He will also star in the film Battle of Galwan, which will retell the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. The film, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, will star Chitrangda Singh alongside Salman.
