Cricketer Smriti Mandhana's wedding with music composer Palash Muchhal has been indefinitely postponed due to her father's sudden illness. Despite Smriti's father, Shrinivas Mandhana, being discharged from the hospital after suffering heart attack-like symptoms, the couple has yet to announce a new wedding date. According to a report by India TV, Shrinivas was discharged from the Sarvhit Hospital on November 25, after undergoing angiography, which revealed no blockages. However, the wedding, initially scheduled for November 23, has been put on hold indefinitely. Palash Muchhal was also hospitalized in Sangli, Smriti's hometown, and later shifted to a medical facility in Mumbai, but his current status remains unclear. The postponement of the wedding has sparked speculation, with Smriti deleting all wedding-related posts from her Instagram. The couple, who started dating in 2019 and went public in July 2024, had planned to tie the knot on November 23. However, Palash's decision to postpone the wedding until Smriti's father recovers has left fans wondering about the future of their relationship.
