Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan delivered a heartfelt tribute to the victims and security personnel of major terror attacks at the 2025 Global Peace Honours event in Mumbai. Remembering the lives lost in the 2008 Mumbai attacks, the recent Pahalgam terror attack, and the Delhi blasts, Khan paid his respects to the innocent victims and hailed the bravery of the security personnel who lost their lives in these incidents. The 'Jawan' actor also acknowledged the strength and courage of the families of the martyrs, saying, "You fought that battle with immense bravery, even though the soldiers were on the battlefield." Khan emphasized that India's unity is its greatest strength and that the country has never been defeated or its peace taken away. He highlighted the importance of peace, stating that it leads to better thinking, ideas, and innovation. "Peace is the revolution needed for a better world," he said. Khan urged people to rise above divisions and walk the path of humanity, so that the sacrifices of the brave soldiers do not go in vain. He concluded by saying, "If we have peace amongst us, nothing can shake India, nothing can defeat India, and nothing can break the spirit of us Indians.
