Controversy has surrounded the upcoming wedding of cricketer Smriti Mandhana and music composer Palash Muchhal after the couple postponed their nuptials due to health concerns surrounding Smriti's father. Amidst the speculation, dance choreographer Gulnaaz has stepped forward to address the allegations, stating that she and fellow choreographer Nandika Dwivedi are not involved in any wrongdoing. In an Instagram post, Gulnaaz urged fans to refrain from jumping to conclusions and to respect the couple's privacy. She emphasized that knowing someone socially or sharing a photo does not imply involvement in their personal matters. The wedding, initially set to take place, was put on hold after Smriti's father fell ill and was hospitalized in Sangli. Palash Muchhal was also admitted to a hospital, with his mother revealing that he had decided to postpone the wedding to ensure his health. Smriti Mandhana has since removed all photos and videos from her Instagram account related to the engagement and pre-wedding festivities. Palash's cousin, Neeti Tak, has also defended him, asking fans to refrain from judging him based on unsubstantiated rumors.
