Kannada actor Yash and his wife Radhika Pandit have invested in a premium beachfront land parcel in Alibag, a popular second-home destination among celebrities.
The actor has reportedly purchased the property for ₹24 crore.
According to Business Standard, the property registration documents have been accessed by real estate consultancy firm Liases Foras.
The documents reportedly reveal that the couple has purchased two adjoining agricultural land parcels in Village Kamath, Taluka Alibag, District Raigad.
The transaction was registered on May 18, 2026, at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Alibag, and is valued at ₹24 crore.
The documents further state that ₹1.44 crore was paid as stamp duty, while ₹60,000 was paid as registration fees and ₹5,200 towards document handling charges.
The land, however, has been classified as agricultural land under Section 7 and carries a recorded valuation rate of ₹3,750 per square metre.
The documents also reveal that the acquisition combines two agricultural land parcels with a total area of approximately 5,289 square metres (0.5289 hectares).
The property also includes a residential structure and is strategically located in Village Kamath.
The land parcel is bordered by a village road on the eastern side and the sea on the western side, while a narrow lane along the northern boundary provides direct access to the beach.
