Users worldwide, including those from Brazil and Russia, took to Downdetector and X to express their frustration, with some relying on the AI chatbot for help with various purposes. In response to the outage, users suggested possible fixes, including checking server status, clearing browser cache, and disabling VPNs.
However, user-end fixes are unlikely to work in this case, as the outage appears to affect people worldwide. In such cases, users can try a hard refresh, opening Claude on an Incognito window, disabling the VPN, or clearing cache and signing out before trying to sign in again.
