The hospitalization comes just months after McConnell spent more than a week in a hospital for 'flu-like symptoms' in February.
McConnell has faced several health challenges in recent years, including multiple falls, a concussion, and a rib fracture in March 2023, and has also experienced two widely publicized freezing episodes during press conferences in 2023.
Despite these health issues, McConnell has continued to serve in the Senate and has remained active in legislative matters.
