A suspected tornado led to downed power lines and trees, with multiple reports of flooding and vehicle rescues from high water.
Local authorities urged residents to stay off I-75 near St. Bernard/Elmwood Place, as multiple cars were stuck in floodwaters. Rescue crews were responding to the situation, and a flood watch was issued for the area.
