Oliver Tree, the 32-year-old singer behind hits like Life Goes On, died in a helicopter crash in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. Since his passing, wild claims have emerged on social media that the late entertainer was a Zionist. However, there's no proof to back these allegations.
The claims seem to have originated from Oliver Tree's appearance on Ethan Klein's H3 podcast, where Klein has shown support for Israel. However, it's unclear if Klein is a Zionist himself.
Many of Oliver Tree's supporters have pointed out that he actually called out Klein on his show for turning it into a platform to critique things. Additionally, Tree's split with Atlantic Records, a pro-Israel label, has been cited as evidence of his supposed Zionist ties.
However, the CEO of Atlantic Records, Elliot Grainge, has stated that Israel has a right to exist, but this does not necessarily mean that Oliver Tree was a Zionist. In fact, Tree seems to have had tiffs with pro-Israel supporters, rather than being one himself.
Recently, claims were also made about Oliver Tree faking his death, but these have been proven to be untrue as well. Oliver Tree's body was identified using dental remains and DNA testing after the helicopter accident.
