Rockstar Games has announced that pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI will open on June 25, with a release date set for November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Those who pre-order the game before November 20 will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack, a collection of items that pay homage to the neon-lit era of Vice City.

Players who pre-order digital versions of the game will be able to begin pre-loading on November 12, while physical copies will be available starting November 12 to support pre-loading.

According to Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto VI is the deepest and most immersive GTA experience yet, featuring an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and action.

The game follows the story of protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, who find themselves in the middle of a criminal conspiracy.

The game is set in a fictional US state heavily based on Florida and parts of Georgia, and features a larger-than-life cast of characters, including a conspiracy-theorising hacker and two women rappers-influencers.

The game will cost $79.99 for the standard version and $99.99 for the 'Ultimate' edition, which includes bonus content such as additional weapons and vehicles.
