A bystander intervened, and the driver initially apologized before making threatening gestures. The woman's post sparked a wave of support, with many coming forward to share their own experiences of harassment. In response to the allegations, Rapido expressed concern over the driver's behavior and promised to investigate the matter. The Wilson Garden Police Station has since registered an FIR and launched an investigation. The complainant has expressed gratitude to the police and Rapido for their support, stating that she has been 'proven right' after the company reviewed the footage.
