T.J. Houshmandzadeh, a former NFL wide receiver, appeared on the Speakeasy YouTube show and stated that Vrabel and Russini were not having an affair, but were instead dating. He also suggested that Russini's child might belong to Vrabel.
Another person, former coach Jason Brown, made similar claims on his podcast, stating that it 'wouldn't surprise him' if Vrabel's child was Russini's. The speculation arises amidst rumors that Russini named her child after Vrabel, although TMZ has reported that the child was actually named after her brother.
