Bollywood actor John Abraham's firm JA Entertainment Private Limited has renewed the lease of a premium Bandra West property at Pali Hill for a monthly rent of ₹12 lakh for two years, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.
The lease was renewed on February 6, 2026, with the rent increasing to ₹12.5 lakh after 12 months, the order said. The property, called Supreme ArtVeda, spans a RERA carpet area of 3,158 sq ft with an additional balcony area of 97.62 sq ft, bringing the total area to 3,255.75 sq ft.
The rental agreement is for two years, with a deposit of ₹66 lakh. The property is located in one of Mumbai's most prestigious neighbourhoods, Pali Hill in Bandra, which is renowned for being home to numerous Bollywood celebrities and high-net-worth individuals.
