Home Minister Amit Shah has ordered a comprehensive investigation into the Red Fort car explosion that killed 13 people and injured several others. Shah, who chaired a review meeting with senior officials, directed them to identify and apprehend every individual involved in the incident. The explosion occurred on Monday evening near a red light at the Lal Quila Metro Station and the cause remains unknown. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken over the probe into the blast. In a related development, Jammu and Kashmir Police conducted overnight raids and arrested six people, including three family members of a Pulwama-based doctor, Umar Un Nabi. The police believe that Dr. Umar is a key link to the blast, as the Hyundai i20 car involved in the explosion was purchased by him. The doctor has been missing since the investigation into the Faridabad terror module began. The police have picked up three of Dr. Umar's relatives for questioning from Koil village in Pulwama district of south Kashmir. Shah has assured that everyone involved in the act will face the full wrath of the agencies, and a thorough investigation will be conducted to bring the perpetrators to justice.
