The Aam Aadmi Party in Goa has lost faith in the crime branch's investigation into the multi-crore cash-for-jobs scam. They're demanding a judicial inquiry into the case, citing concerns about impartiality. Accused Puja Naik, who was arrested last year and currently on bail, has made shocking allegations against a state minister, an IAS officer, and an engineer. In a video posted on social media, Naik claimed that these individuals were involved in the scam, which saw them receive ₹17.68 crore for providing government jobs to aspiring candidates. Naik alleged that the minister, Sudin Dhavalikar, had introduced her to two officers who had taken money from job aspirants but failed to deliver. She also claimed to have met the minister while working at the MGP office. However, Minister Dhavalikar has denied the allegations, stating that he has no connection with the accused. The crime branch is currently investigating the case, with a deadline to submit its findings in 15 days. The Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) has also denied Naik's claims, stating that she was not a staff member at their office. As the investigation unfolds, the Aam Aadmi Party is demanding a judicial probe to ensure a fair and impartial investigation into the cash-for-jobs scam.
