Gurugram Teen Shot by Classmate in Brawl, Condition Critical

A 17-year-old student in Gurugram was critically injured after being shot by a classmate using a licensed pistol. The incident occurred in a rented flat in Sector 48 on Saturday evening when a fight broke out among three classmates. According to police, the injured student, who is also a class 11 student, was shot in the neck and is being treated in a private hospital. An FIR has been registered, and two minor students have been apprehended in connection with the case. Police recovered a pistol, two magazines, 70 cartridges, and a bullet shell from the scene. The accused shooter, also a class 11 student, had a grudge against the victim after a fight two months ago. The two had planned to meet on Saturday, and the accused had invited the victim to his flat, where the altercation turned violent. During interrogation, the accused revealed that all three are classmates at the same school. The shooter's father, a property dealer, owns the licensed pistol, which was kept in the house. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
