PM Modi's Vision: Indian Cuisine in Every Global Kitchen

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his dream of making Indian cuisine a staple in every kitchen worldwide. To achieve this, the government is actively promoting the export, processing, and marketing of agricultural products.
During a public meeting in Bhagalpur, PM Modi announced the release of the 19th installment of the PM KISAN scheme, benefiting 9.8 crore farmers with financial assistance of 22,700 crore rupees. He also highlighted initiatives like the promotion of Makhana and the establishment of the Makhana Board to boost exports and support growers.
Furthermore, PM Modi announced plans to establish three new Centres of Excellence in Bihar to promote mango, tomato, onion, and potato production. The formation of the 10,000th Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) was also announced, which is expected to enhance farmers' income and has already seen 30 lakh farmers join across the country.
