In a significant development, Delhi Police launched a massive manhunt for a red EcoSport linked to Dr Umar Un Nabi, the prime suspect in the Delhi Red Fort blast case. The vehicle was found parked at a farmhouse near Khandawali village in Faridabad. According to reports, the car is owned by Nabi, who is suspected of driving the i20 that exploded near Red Fort on Monday evening. The i20's ownership trail led investigators to Nabi after several of his associates were arrested in recent raids. Delhi Police alerted all police stations, as well as UP and Haryana Police, to search for the vehicle. The car, registered at Rajouri Garden RTO, was last transferred in November 2017. Officers suspect Nabi acted hastily after his associates were arrested in a crackdown on terror modules. The investigation revealed that Nabi sold the car to several individuals, including Salman, Devender, and Taariq, before it ended up with him. However, it was found that the car was last in Nabi's possession, and he was seen inside the i20 at the time of the attack. Police are yet to share details on where the red car was first spotted or who its occupants were. The hunt for the EcoSport is part of a broader investigation into the blast, which has sent shockwaves across the nation.
