Pakistani politician Nabil Gabol is facing intense online trolling after the release of Dhurandhar 2, which he claims is based on him. In an interview, Gabol stated that the character of Jameel Jamali, played by Rakesh Bedi, is a depiction of him as the MNA of Lyari at the time.

Gabol claimed that Indians cannot fight Pakistan in a battlefield, so they resorted to creating a movie instead. He also stated that the people of Lyari do not care about the film's portrayal and are strong individuals.

Gabol addressed the trolling, saying that he will give a powerful response, just as the Pakistani Army responded to India. He then proclaimed that he will make a film called Lyari Ka Gabbar, which will counter the alleged lies propagated by Dhurandhar 2.

Gabol previously expressed his displeasure at his alleged portrayal in the first Dhurandhar film, stating that his role was not shown accurately. He also mentioned that he doesn't have the money to seek a ban on the film.

The Dhurandhar movies star Ranveer Singh as an Indian spy who infiltrates the gangs of Lyari in Pakistan. The second film has earned over ₹1000 crore worldwide in just a week.
