The film follows police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy as she investigates the case of 93 young girls who have gone missing under mysterious circumstances in just three months. Mardaani 3 was released in theatres on January 30 and collected ₹76.20 crore worldwide, according to Sacnilk.
The film received mixed reviews upon its release, with some praising Rani's performance and others finding it repetitive and average. However, the film remains anchored by Rani's authority as Shivani, a screen presence that still cuts through noise.
