Udaybir also revealed that he improvised many of his dialogues for the film, with Ranveer giving him feedback and encouragement. The actor praised Ranveer's intensity and dedication to his craft, saying that it was helpful for him to see Ranveer deliver his lines with such passion.
Dhurandhar 2, which is a spy action thriller, has been a huge success at the box office, crossing ₹600 crore at the domestic box office and ₹1000 crore worldwide in just a week. The film follows the origin story of Ranveer's character, Jaskirat Singh Rangi, and his transformation into an undercover operative.
