Unveiling the Legends of Tripura: Statues of Rai Kwchak and Rai Kosom Unveiled : TTAADC
The statues of Rai Kwchak and Rai Kosom, the brave generals of Maharaja Dhanya Manikya, were unveiled at Khumulwng by Maharaja Pradyot Bikram Manikya DebBarma. The event was attended by prominent dignitaries, including Executive Members (EMs), Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs), and Members of the District Council (MDCs).
Purna Chandra Jamatia, the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC), expressed his pride in witnessing the historic moment. He emphasized the importance of commemorating the valor of legendary heroes, ensuring that future generations remain connected to their roots.
